Can anyone school me on International Political Economy $$$$

I'll pay generously for your time. I need someone to explain shit to me, here's a sample...

What are the transnational corporations (TNCs, or multinational corporations, MNCs) and how are they different from other business firms?

Why have the MNC?s become more important in international political economy during the past two plus decades?

What kind of economic and political impacts do they have upon both home and host countries?

How have reactions to them changed in the last half a century?

    Why?

Do you think more international regulation is needed for the MNCs?

brent wood system was the alternative to the gold system adopted by americans where they based their currency on actual ounces of gold and then by everyone else basing their currency on the us currency.
