Dreamweaver can be very good replaced by Quanta Plus or Bluefish.
ICQ is handled by the standard multi messenger clients that come with all Linux distro's. Skype is available for Linux also.
There are several mail clients available, I prefer Thunderbird
Due some legal issues this support does not come whit the distro but can be added with 2 simple mouseclicks when trying to play a mp3 for the first time, codecs will be downloaded automatically then.

Yes i though since i had to get some weird procedure on fedora to make it work.But i noticed some commercial linux versions have support for mp3 by default.
