Aaron Wall ( http://www.seobook.com/ ) knows he's stuff but he is also trying to sell he's product so obviously not everything is on the site but there is a lot of good information.

I've heard good things about this as well, which is rare considering the niche he's selling and how its mostly populated with shitty ebooks.

Forgot to throw this one in: http://sphinn.com/ - not necessarily strictly seo, but you get some good things that pop up every now and then.

Find out who the webmasters are in your niche, and generally that run websites that hold decent terms. If you know or can find out someones online identity at forums online, you bookmark the search of their latest posts.

Rinse and repeat across all the boards you know, and update them as you find others. You can really start to build up a wealth of knowledge when its all put together and often unlock larger ideas or strategies by simply seeing what they don't say. You just read everything they put out there and back it up by following their sites in the engines.

To this day, it beats any blog from any of these guys.
