From today til 12/31 I am offering 80% commssion to ALL affiliates who send 15 sales. Your first 15 sales will be at the normal 50% payout.. Once you make 15 sales, your payout for the rest of the year will be at 80%.

nope.. sorry.. I was on a budget. But, when revenue starts coming in & I have enough stats to make an evaluation, I do intend to reinvest to get visa approval..
I also do have long term plans.. I chose CCBill due to the convenience & to get things going, as well as their outstanding reputation for reliability, customer service, tech support, among other things.
In addition to getting visa approval, an all exclusive solo girl site is scheduled for launch in February. She will be the first of a series of all exclusive models under contract. The goal is 8 in 2007.
For tools, I am working on hosted blogs, rss feeds, potd, as well as more FHG & downloadable content, and more creatives for webmasters to use.
Once I can gauge predictability, stability & growth, the next step will be to implement either MPA3 or NATS, but this will not be for awhile. (6 months to a year)
Without the affiliates, none of this will become possible.
being an affiliate webmaster myself, I know the work & effort involved for webmasters to make money, & I intend to make an all out effort to help anyone I can.. because face it.. if they're not making money, neither am I.
No program is anything but what the affiliates make it.Comment

I have nothing against the guy besides the fact that hes thick as a brick sometimes but on this you are right. There are about 12000 other sites that will do better with your traffic. Sending hits his way is like throwing money away.
Sorry, Spacedog, i dont want to talk bad about you. But you wont get any serious traffic this way.
I suggest you first keep your program private for a while. Send your own traffic, get Visa, tweak it and maybe in 2 months its ready to try it out with a group of maybe 10 people. And maybe THEN you should go public and start threads like:

How about not. If the guy is stupid enough to make a post like this on a board like GFY, he deserves to get torn apart. There are several announcements every week that are thought out, complete, relevant and can't be ripped apart no matter how hard the sharks try. I would hold off on taking on new affiliates until you have Visa. Your conversion ratios will be real bad, and it will piss off affiliates who give you a shot. You sometimes only have one shot at winning over an affiliate, and not being at your best is a mistake.
