    What exactly is a turn-key solution??

    I know what turn-key solution means when it comes to paysites...

    But I wonder, when I order a turn-key paysite does that also include adding content to the paysite by this design company?

      turn key generally means "turn the key and it starts right up"... why not ask the design company in question.

              he gave me the price and told me it includes design and programing.
              That's why I wonder if it also includes adding content to the members pages.

                          Turnkey is a typical deviant sales pitch word in this industry - sometimes associated with known swamplife with a track record of scamming Hope you never encounter them.

                          Designing a website and programing (???) does not constitute turnkey anything - it's called designing a site and programming.
