Not really. There is nothing new under the sun. Or as the Beatles sang: "There's nothing you can do that can't be done"
Creativity is taking something and making it your own to where it comes out unique. Like when the Rolling Stones started out they were trying to copy Muddy Waters, but being young English guys it came out "wrong" and became their style.
Nobody re-invents the wheel. But creative people can build on the things that came before, put a new twist on it and imprint their own style and make something of it.
Now as far as parody goes...yeah you can take somebody elses footage and change the words. And that Hitler shit that was done about the GFY fiasco was pretty damn funny!

And definitely creative too.
But as a guy who has spent his whole life in the entertainment business...I consider a real parody to be something you made yourself. Like Weird Al. I guess it's a thin line.
