Each person has his or her own taste and if someone comes to me and tells me hey I want a keyword used 4x in a 200 word paragraph, or 10x in that same size paragraph, that is what I am going to do. Truthfully, that was an awful piece of work to show people.... You could have either chose better or changed it to show what you can do.
