AVG Free 7.1 version will be discontinued on 15th of Jan 2007.
Doesn't that mean version 7.1 will be discontinued, and you can use version 7.5 for free?
Avast is still a better choice tho

December 12, 2006 - In the latest Virus Bulletin tests (December 2006, Windows XP x64 platform) avast! 4 Pro again detected all ItW viruses (i.e. viruses known to be 'in the wild') and was given another VB100% award!
I used to have Kaspersky...But my license expired, and the new version did crash pretty often for me...Dunno why exactly. That's why I switched...I would advise to try kaspersky trial...When it works, but that one....It's sooooo goodQuestions?
