I´m not a DN customer, however each time I checked one of the slick sites in question, and started to click on links, then I got webpages from the danish police and my ISP saying that the url was blocked due to potential CP.
Didn´t really bring confidence to the argument that these sites were not catering to CP.Comment

Actually, in THAT case, trial by jury would still be better. IF the government had the gall to prosecute him for CP distribution without any hard evidence AND he could walk into court with the ID's, then I'd go for a judge trial...assuming of course that that's possible.Comment

Denmark is one of the most liberal countries in the world, when it comes to nudity, sex and porn, so it has to be VERY fucked to get banned.

I didn't say they were oversights, but from what I saw in the web archives the gal's listed were from sponsors (I see the banner of one flying at the top of GFY right now) that everyone knows don't do "CP". Teen content, and edgy content some of it, I still don't see how that justifies going after the network promoting it and not the sites? Boggles my mind. And how come if Slick was promoting that kind of stuff, the Feds haven't been on his doorstep yet? One would think if there was an active investigation, and the actions of DirectNIC were due to that kind of a reason, the authorities would have been knocking on Slick's door by now? No, I honestly think more people are surprised because Slick was running free hosted galleries and people are going after HIM for it and forgetting the fact that these sites that were being promoted, and in come cases even the thumbs, are provided by THE SPONSORS. If any one of you that looked at the thumbs on my page would click and check out the gallery and sponsor behind it, you'd see who they are. Most of them are every day sponsors on here, I don't promote shady sponsors on my sites or at least I don't think I do.
I swear on the lives of myself, wife, and kids that there's no known child porn on my pages and judging by the support from the sponsors behind the content in question, they're ready to send the documentation over to me, so that shows that they are 18. Thanks Lady Mischief, you speak a very good point there. I only host a thumbnail and link to the free hosted gallery behind it. If people have problems with it, why not confront them and have them show you the docmentation.
