30mph 50km/h i wasn't speeding and it wasn't a corner i couldn't handle.... i just hit the throttle a little too hard, too much horsepower on the rear wheels in a curve on wet pavement is killing !! so when you have your elise, be fucking carefull with wet pavement ! dry tracks are cool, this car difts very easy on a dry track, bu when you can handle it on dry DON"T THINK you can handle it on a wet track

I got an old 70's trans am that didnt play nice with wet roads. Tires spun with the slightest amount of gas, it's amazing what a set of tires with traction can do...

from what i understand they are like a one piece carbon fiber body too. so damage like that means totalled, does it not?

at least it happened at the track. for two reasons, one because it is a safer enviroment, and two because you were using that car for it's intended purpose.
