                                                  Yes, I'll answer ICQ or any ticket / phone etc. I don't quite understand the problem though. I understand it's a vdedicated but it has a dedicated cpu. Why is cpu usage an issue if nobody else is sharing that cpu? Moving one of the scripted sites now and digging into the others.

                                                          The server was 160 times over it's cpu stable limit. It was crashing and causing the other vservers that share the hard drive space to have an issues. Basically it was completly out of control. Vservers use shared hard drives with other vservers that's why there is no root access.
