    Custom Blogs and Tubes?

    I need some epass $ asafp thanks to a medical bill so I'm doing custom blog and tube designs for $200 bucks. That includes wp-tube style designs

                      i have a network of blogs that i would like a single theme to save all the hassle of tweeking individual themes, just have a differnt custom header. can i use the same theme on multiple domains?
