Gotta say im with Sleazy on this one.. shit went bad which it often does with high risk investments and Sleazy told evryone on here that he went bankrupt which is more than a lot of people would do. Most people would just dissapear and you would never hear from them again

I lost evrything 3 years ago and it sucks so give the guy a break

At least Sleazy admits he has made mistakes, financially.??????

Now he have an Idea to turn his life around

well, if you still own the real estate property you guys bought, it's not a loss... it's just a sleeping asset.

                  Mention, is different than being
                  upset, and having
                  frustrations feelings, anger.

Some have a hard time geting over
                  failures and mistakes in life.

Which is holding them back, for getting up
                  again on their asses.

So get rid of those feelings, and get
in the backdoor to doing Bizness. As usual

Investments are about risk. At the end of the day you are the only one responsible for where you invest your money. If the investment fails and you lose the money, just accept it and move on. It's part of the game. There's no crying when it comes to investing

                      THAT HURT

Wow. I'm not surprised that somebody would say such a thing as I know plenty of people who treat their "friendships" like that, especially in this industry. However, I'm very surprised to learn that after all these years, Jman was one of those kind of friends to you.

As long as I have known you, you have always been a generous person. I've seen you pay for flights, hotel rooms, parties, multiple activities, bar tabs, meals, etc...For MANY people.

Different people are generous for different reasons. There are people who do it simply because they have to buy friends and then there are people, like you, who genuinely want to help others to experience things they otherwise might not.

Even when you and I have had our differences, I've always appreciated everything you have done for myself and others.

Agreed. Scott has always been quite generous for as long as I have known of him. I remember goodgirl told me he was one that gave her lots of valuable info was she first got into adult.

Well, someone comes off poorly in this thread, but it isn't the guy who supposedly owes an apology. In fact, if anything, someone had their true colors revealed in this thread.

Been following this drama off and on. I really figured in my mind the amount was in the xxx,xxx range. 15k is still a lot to lose, but with the amount of bitching i figured it was a lot more.

No one owes you an apology. Investments are always risks. The CEO of CitiGroup isn't going to call you and apologize if their share price falls, just as he's not going to expect a thank you card if it goes up. The only thing you are owed is a share of the profits if your investment turns out to do well.

Chalk it up as a loss and learn to make better decisions on where you invest money in the future. Blaming your poor investment decision on someone else is pathetic.

Has jman ever explained why he should be entitled to his portion of the investment when he failed to make a payment for 5 months?
