In regards to the clickcash performers (thoughts on will aside).
They need to sign some paper work, provide Government issued ID's and a secondary ID. (faxed or mailed in).
They then need to get on camera and validate themselves. This involves them taking a close up face picture with ID next to face. Full body shot. An identifying mark if they have them like tats, piercings etc. There is like six or so required pictures.

Then the staff checks the mailed or faxed in documents, and also checks each and every webcam picture taken. They often reject many and you end up doing it a few times. Then you need to redo this process every year.

That said, they also have some gizmo that they think makes them and all their performers compliant. It is an electronic gadget that can scan pictures etc and get info and crap. Reality is that they really mislead the performers into a false sense of security with compliance laws. Remember clickcash's sites are the secondary producers and the performers are the primaries. Now think about that for a moment, then remember they are encouraged to self promote, build mini sites, members sites, fan clubs etc.

Looks like their gizmo is pretty big.

I stopped using nude images from ifriends well over a year ago when the new 2257 changes were being talked about. Even though ifriends has some system in place, that they said would cover me, I choose not to use nude images of girls that I do not have 2257 documents on.

I know ifriends has one of the most vigorous age documentation setups. Having had girls work for me in the past on ifriends, I personally helped them create their account and go through the documentation process. If one little thing is wrong, if the picture is too blurry, anything is out of line, they kick it back to you. I feel confident that ifriend's content is all legal. HOWEVER I still do not use any of their nude content. You can ask any ifriends chathost, they will tell you how involvoing their chathost signup process is, hell ask Trey! lol.

Even when I was using nude content from them in the past I never used any girls that looked young. Infact, about 4 years ago they questioned one of the girls on my site ( i thought she looked no younger then 20) and they asked me to provide proof how old she was. Well it was easy enough since it was one of their chathost so I showed them exact page where I got the picture from.

Ifriends takes this very seriously. I actually thank them for making me realize how important these issues are, they took them seriously so I was forced to take it seriously as well. For example they don't want you to use the word "teen" unless it is associated with the numbers "18" or "19". So I got use to saying 18teen etc. Ifriends is also a non nude site. You wont see any nudity on their site until you signup. none. They run a tight ship and I am thankful that I hooked up with them early on and learned from them.

When I need to use nude content I purchase it and get the documentation for it. I've spent 5K in content (from someone off of GFY) in just the past couple months for promos etc.

For TeamClickCash, I also removed all nude content from the site. All the promos that I made for others to use are non nude. I also advise everyone I help to not use any nude content unless they buy it and get docs on it.

BTW, why don't you explain to us why you don't promote your own program more in your sig ? I don't understand it, you only give your program one line of text but yet you sell the banner space and other text to other companies, and you promote them. If you believed in your program why wouldn't you make a small banner per GFY's rules and give more infomation about your program, maybe list the different niches you offer etc... It says a lot that you sell out your sig space to other companies and don't even promote your own program, tends to make one thing which makes you more money... sig whoring or "your" program.

Though I refuse to commend any company that feels it is being "proactive" by discrimination. The girls would be of legal age to work, yet are being prevented from working because their body does not look mature enough. This of course is in addition to their strong rules that prevent performers from acting young, using the word teen without 18 or 19 attached, and so forth. Punishment purely on the shape of a girls body. So yes they should be sued.

I do not care how ifriends is different that other webcam companies. For some time ifriends had some sort of electronic device that law enforcement officials was supposed to request from ifriends. This device would allow law enforcement to check each photo etc. This was to go into effect with the updated 2257 laws. No idea if they kept this.

Regardless they encourage the performers to make as much content as possible. Often their cameras took pictures automatically via grabs on ifriends end (this may have been disabled now). They also encourage them to make personal sites, fan clubs, promotional material, promotional sites, and of course they automatically become clickcash affiliates. Yet they keep most performers in the dark about 2257 laws and just saw "we take care of it". Despite the fact that the performers are primary producers as well as secondary producers (sometimes).

I know you don't like them but I don't understand why you are just pointing them out. Everything you mentioned (except for the too young rule) is something that applies to all cam companies.
