6 eggs
2 cups milk

2 teaspoons sugar
1 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon black pepper
2 (10-ounce) packages frozen whole kernel corn, thawed and drained
Instructions:
Heat oven to 300°F. In skillet, sauté SPAM®, bell pepper, and onion in butter until tender. In large bowl, beat eggs. Stir in milk, flour, sugar, salt, and pepper. Add SPAMTM mixture and corn. Pour into greased 12x8-inch baking dish. Bake 1hour and 10 minutes or until set. Serves 8.
