When I get a new trade submitted to me, I look over the site and click on usually at least 10-15 thumbs to see where they're gonna send my traffic to. If it's clean stuff, I activate them. If the site is unknown to me, I will also do a search on it to see if it's listed as a cheater. Then once they're activated, I do go through every now and then to see if anything has changed on the site, but with hundreds of sites, it's not easy to keep track of every single trade.Comment

I did just re-evaluate the trade and I do see that he sends to gallery pages like this http://teensss.com/gallery/158/index.htm which wants the visitor to download something, more than likely a trojan or spyware. That is against my rules, so yes, I will delete the site.
I'm only one man, managing a big network of sites, it's not easy to always catch everything. I do have a great network of webmaster friends which do point out cheaters that I trade with from time to time, which really does help out a lot.
When I actiavated that trade he didn't pull that kind of shit, Teensss.com trade number 341 and the last new trade added is 789, so that's a hell of a long time ago that I started trading with him.

Slick, if you really want to survive in this business then you need to learn fast how to check partners correctly. It takes 2 minutes to find out that the site is run by russian scammers, they do not even try to hide it. You can not run your sites based on the fact that you are unable to check your trades completely, that's not a working business model.Comment

Just what I thought. That's a tough one to answer, huh? You can say people here should be thrown in jail for linking to the site, but not a company like Yahoo!. Seems like you aren't really that worried about protecting children seeing as how you don't mind that one of the most trafficked sites on the web is linking to them.
And like I said before, I just used your own words. And yes, they were clueless.

I don't think he is saying that there is underage models on Slick's, I think he is saying that Slick's site is linking to a site that has underage models on it, which it does, and that particular site (not Slick's) links to a shit load of other CP sites as well. I saw the site in question mentioned in the original Slick thread, and then after what I saw reported that site to the ASACP last night myself.Comment

yes, and there are good reasons it's gone and that was not caused by college kids trying to hide in the basement while important issues are being discussed.
It took a long time to bring the site down due to the ingorance of many webmasters that helped them distribute their shit.Comment

The thing is that I'm against CP as much as the rest of you, I myself have 3 children, including a 4 and a half year old girl, it definately turns my stomache.
If you want, go through my sites and email or ICQ me your list, I'll be more than happy to blacklist those sites ASAP.

In danish this mean the site is banned by my ISP due to the fact that it is illigal to spread, posses or provide CP in Denmark
This means one of the fucking galleries are banned by a danish ISP and that does not just happen.
Slick you should fucking learn to check your god damn content, this is baaad news.

The sad part is that the thread starter actually brings up a decent point in between some of the ramblings. Those sites are fairly shady and make the adult community look bad.
The problem with the approach is that the person tries to say that everyone should be shut down because of it. Simply because we don\'t go out and play internet police, we support it. That is the same type of approach that would have me saying that all credit cards should be shut down because some people use it to steal from people.
