These are my best 3 converting sponsors... they get tons of traffic because their thumbs are usable for tgp traffic

Also ur fhg system should have an option for slecting only unique content... Its grea that you have several templates per set but I want to be able to choose a templae either random or a specific and get unique content...

Also writing in the gallery advertisement text that the signup is 1.85 + there are 60 sites on the network will help convert

Ok the time has come to award the $1,000. Before I do, I'd like to thank all of you that took part in this thread. We appreciate your feedback and plan on implementing many of the suggestions. Some of the changes will appear as we release new galleries, others will be integrated into the existing galleries right away.

Selecting the winner was very difficult since so many of you contributed. Throughout the thread it seems that there were a couple of recurring observations that led us to believe that they were the most important changes needed, so it came down to who suggested them first.

Using this guideline it came down to 3 individuals that stood out, Simple was the first to mention that the quality of the video FHG thumbs needed improvement, Boneprone really put his time into this and made very valuable observations, and Tytyguy was the first to suggest the need for more text in order to sell the surfers.

And the winner is................................................ ....................................... A TIE!!!

We felt that the recommendations they made were of equal importance therefore Simple gets $500,
Boneprone gets $500, and Tytyguy will also get $500.

Ok so math has never been my strong suit. Yes that adds up to $1,500, but 'tis the season.

This has been a very educational thread for us. I think that for companies that have been around as long as Silvercash and have reached the level of success that we have, the opinion is that they stop caring about the smaller webmasters. This company was built on the guys that could maybe send us only a couple of sign ups a month, and to this day they are still important to us. I remember being there and appreciate all those that helped Silvercash get to the next level, and I want to do the same for those that are starting out.

Finally I wanted to let you all know that just because we are looking to improve our sales tools, does not mean that these new Hi-Def sites are not kicking ass. That is far from the truth. Since their release, the conversions for these have been very good, and they are improving almost daily as more and more targeted traffic is sent to them. These sites will convert AND retain, otherwise we wouldn't be paying $50 per sign up.
We also bumped our niche sites to $40 per signup and the Solo Girl sites to $32 per signup. Anyone interested in rev share? That too has been bumped up and is now at 70%.

Oracle, I understand your frustration but let me explain where I'm coming from.

The "best advice" you along with so many others gave great advice. Overall we felt that boneprone put the most time and effort into his answers and gave the best advice. But on the other hand there are two major things that we took from this thread that we are going to constitute right away. They are the bigger clearer screen caps for the video galleries, and pushing the site on the surfer more by selling what we offer through bigger text links, "see more videos" "get access to all of our sites" etc.

Yes, your idea of putting exactly what we offer on the bottom of the galleries is something we will use right away. However that is just a hot fix for now until we rebuild galleries when those things in that box will be incorporated into the galleries themselves.

The box itself was not what we considered one of the two best peices of advice. It was the simple fact that we needed to have what's in the box all over the galleries.

Although your answer may have been closer to exactly what we did the general idea was mentioned before your post.

Yes, after we looked at the galleries we realized that there was very few areas that said "hey click me" and there was no way we were about to redo all the galleries we previously made. So adding something to the bottom was the first thing we thought of.

It was my fault for not going over the first few galleries made before they made 5k new ones

That fix that we added on the bottem will definitely help in the interm and going forward we will redo the galleries much closer to the same I showed in this thread.

No, they were takin from the original Hi Def videos so they are still widescreen however they are not Hi Def because of the slower loading times. We figured that would be too slow for movie galleries. The samples on the site however are Hi Def

Some of the advice given to me was just commom sence.
The advice I offerd was more general and not really dealing with the issue of galleries for HD sites or how they could get more people to use them.
The bottom line is, supply good quaility images so thumb tgp can get them clicked.
better converting galleries agian with better thumbs so surfers click more and this should resolve most problems.
This is a problem that video based sites suffer from whats really needed is stills to shot at the same time as the video is recorded
