    Anyone NOT get their Epass debit card?

    Ive been going back and forth with support as now its 5 weeks later since my card was supposed to arrive. My other one is well expired but this morning I get a message saying I have to pay ANOTHER $20! WTF???

    Ive never had any problems with Epass, but this is a bit absurd. They want $30 on top of that for express shipping. WTF does my $35 fee cover then?

    Anyone else have problems getting their card recently? Micheal O... any help

      Mine expires in a couple of months, hope I wont have the same problem. Last time It expired everything went fine.

          Ive never had problems before with it, but sure not paying another $20 on top of the $35 for the card.

          anyone ever used the withdrawal to a debit card before? I'm guessing it just posts as a credit on my bank card

              happened to me once. lost in the mail. contacted michael and he got it sorted.

              plenty of sponsors offer a free epass. get some back ups.

                  How about people stand up and demand some real service for all of the fee's they charge. Even having to pay for the card in the first place is fucked up.

                              i was giving some practical advice on the reality of the situation of a service many choose to use for a variety of reasons.

                              you don't even use epass anyways. go use paypal to buy some myob.

                                          I do not use epass because they fucked up and are banned by some banks. They now can not be loaded by a credit card so peer to peer is now useless to pay designers and people in Europe who do have a great reason to use it.

                                          I am curious who's fake or banned nick you are. Care to share?

                                                                      Why don't epassporte use USPS service? I think it's cheaper than UPS or Fedex, and much better than regular mail!! at least it won't get lost!

                                                                      I remember once back in 2001 (I live in Buenos Aires), and I was expecting a check that was sent from Albuquerque, New Mexico, and someone cashed MY check in Pensylvania. The company sent me copies of the cashed check, WTF?? Needless to say they didn't pay me again.

                                                                      Some other time I received a phone call from a local bank, and the guy who works there knows me, so he tells me that someone with a fake ID was trying to cash a check under my name.

                                                                      That's why I hate regular mail, and you should stay away from using it. Maybe for sending a postcard, but not checks or debit cards!!
