Here's mine:

I do most of my work (email, ftp, html, design, photoshop) on the PC on the left connected to 2 x 21" Viewsonics. The Macbook on the right also drives the big lcd tv which I use as a montiro showing various updates. In this image it's running our Ahmad fraud detection software in the background, and 4 music videos in the foreground (I get bored easily).

That thing on the left is my stupid cat who, when not sleeping in her bed on my desk, is forever standing in front of my monitors mistaking pushing her the frack out of the way for affection.

I will probably replacing most of this with a couple of new iMacs in the new year. Those commercials are just too damn good.

And yes that's real clicky-keyboard from 1984 IBM. It's 25 years old and the best damn keyboard ever made. I can do almost 200 words a minute with no carpel tunnel. Suck it, youngsters!
