Child abuse?? Where is the child abuse? It's clear you don't know the meaning of child abuse - if this needs clarification, content your local FBI field office. If you are so concerned that you interested in helping agencies for abused children - that same agency will assist.

Evaluate what the girl said - for better or worse, and stop claiming child abuse as an excuse to attack something you don't agree with - that's pathetic conduct.

That is why children are not held accountable for their actions until they reach the age of majority. The age of majority is the point at which a person is allegedly able to think for themselves and reason out their own understanding of the world around them. The message conveyed by this girl is as valid from her mouth as it is from the writer's pen. If she had come up with this on her own, she would have been dismissed, because it is exceedingly unlikely for a child of her age to have such extensive knowledge of pop culture as well as social history.

As for abuse:
Federal law has a very clear definition of abuse. Seeing as there is no physical or sexual abuse, the only other possibility is neglect. Under child neglect, the only thing this video comes close to touching is in education. That however is limited to a parent knowingly allowing their child to miss school without cause. That, however, has nothing to do with this child. Her welfare, by legal definition, is not being endangerd. If you believe in thought crimes, i.e. speaking ideas that displease the powers that be, I guess I could see where you would cry abuse. This video is, after all, speaking against the entrenched status quo.

P.S. There are absolutely no laws against "hate speech" in the US. Furthermore, it is only considered hate speech if it is intended to incite violence against a person or group. The ensuing actions would then be prosecutable as a hate crime, if the state so desired, and those who called for the acts would be complicit in the crime. Seeing as this video is calling for the exact opposite of violence, it does not fall under that category. Since it states only facts and opinions, it is not even slander. The only thing that might be crossing a line (as far as the FCC is concerned) is the fact that she used expletives that were not deleted. ::Oogity boogity! She said ass and damn!!! Just like every other eight year old I've ever known::

I will vouch for that.. I had to yank that shit from my younger child. Sometimes I would get on the headphones and tell the little monsters to STFU. My boy started getting verbally abusive with street slang even I dont say in the house.
