I can be very reasonable. I still remain neutral with a slight amount of aversion to them as a breed. I however do get that situations are unique and I never paint with a wide stroke on most any issue.
Mathematically odds wise and taking into account how judges feel about the breed itself, along with most of my county and the local news stations. There is no way I could allow those with such dogs to live on any property that we own. I would love to take it case by case, I just can not. Only way I could see myself allowing one to be owned by a tenet of ours, would be if the tenet had a disability and it was a trained service dog. Then naturally I could not prevent ownership due to the disability act (laws at Federal level). Which by the way contains your potential loophole on how to make your dog legal for at least a couple years (there are always loopholes in the government).
Like I said though I do not just ban pit bulls either. I have a large variety of dogs on the list and even some smaller dogs like poodles. The poodles are a personal issue for me.
