If you decide to do a pay site, then you better be very ready to keep active records of all models you have on your site, and be ready for any inspections from gevernment of those records to make sure you are legal in the 2257 laws. That, and have a good lawer on hand that you can call if inspectors show up at your door. On top of that, you will need lots of cash to get site of the ground. You have to buy content, and lots o it. Have a site designed, get a script to post all content on site with paid members area. Great hosting to handle the content, plus visitors to site. Then to advertise site so you actually get visitors. Your not going to get rich quik, and you will need to spend more then you make for many months just to get site off the ground.

As for tgps and blog, they are much cheaper to get started, and you promote affiliates, and mainly let them worry about the record keeping of models, but still get a lawyer to check over your site to make sure you are legal. Again, you will need to buy a design, and get hosting, and still buy some advertising to get site going. Link trades will only help a small amount with traffic, the main purpose of that is for pr ranking. Building galleries on your site, and trading gallery plugs with other sites is always a good way to get started.
