Fuck Old Navy

So last year about this time, my wife makes an order online at Old Navy and they screw up the order and didn't put something in the box. She calls and they ship it out. This year, same scenerio except when my wife calls the get it worked out they say because this happened again we would have to contact our credit card company and dispute the claim as they were not going to refund us the payment or ship another one out. She was like "you are basically accusing me of stealing from you" and "you are going to let a $10 shirt be the reason why we stop shopping at Old Navy forever and tell everybody we know how bad Old Navy sucks."

They are going to get back to us - I am holding my breath.
