I also remember ccbill having an option for Canadian webmasters but not what it was.

I do have an account at verotel that is in limbo. but at this point I am looking for web designer. but thanks guys. this was helpful.

I am not sure what the status is with ccbill as I hear a lot of mixed info about them.
