I have knotticed all the deaths are all heart faulures inculding my gradmother in the past months are heart related..
the key is sleep on your side and dont let 'gravity' sit on your chest.
its kinda like sids in a way.. yer heart cant mantain chest weight for some reason maybe we are all sick..
