    Which American Express card has the concierge service on it?

    I know a few of you have the AMEX with the concierge service on it. I went to their website, but didn't see that as a perk on any of the cards. Can you tell me which one you have that has that perk on it?

      My Amex Black has got 24/7 concierge service, I don't know if the other cards do or not

                  Its a bit overhyped in terms of service quality, there are better concierge services out there if that is what you are looking for.

                          Platinum and Centuron have it...but you only got the option to go for Platinum, since the Centurion is by invite only as far as I know.

                                          the concierge service on the black card as I understand it, you could call them up and ask for 5 pounds of green m&m's, and they would get it for u....

                                              eh.. the black service isn't THAT great (re: green m&m's). I'm sure if you're spending millions/mo on the card they may give you to the "elite" team or something.. But in general it's useful for things like getting you private tables at popular clubs, tables at restaurants, etc. Basically anything that the business owner is likely to get a grand or more from, and the typical black card holder will spend above the normal rate.

                                              The other dirty secret is the same outsourced concierge service is used for platinum as it is for black. You get "assigned" a concierge with black, but that's not so helpful if you need something NOW - you just get assigned to the next person on the callcenter rotation.

                                                  yea, but what good is it, if they would just bill you $200 for it... I guess it's cool though, if you are a true baller, and money doesn't matter at all to you...
