.org is the most underrated extension. I make a living selling mostly .org domains and COULD make a living selling ONLY .org domains. Don't see how even in adult it'd be any different - keywords are keywords and .org is one of the 3 primary extensions - Google doesn't seem to downgrade sites because they're on .org.
In terms of US traffic, there's nearly twice as many .org's in the top 1 million sites online as .net's even, and yet most people still believe .net is far and away #2.
