I think any woman who would participate in a site which pretends to have a woman in charge of the business . . . but doesn't . . . well, it might be good business, especially in adult where people may enjoy the fantasy, but she is complicit in making herself a second class citizen and making it harder for all women in business. Which is really the tip of the iceberg for that company.
