Is simulated rape content legal?

I would like to know is simulated rape content legal in U.S.? Becasue someone put some simulated rape galleries in my list and I don't know whether to list them. Can anyone help?

I'm not sure whether it's legal or not, but I'm with playa on this one. just delete them. Put it this way... if it makes you think enough about it to ask the question, then it just isn't right, even if it is legal.

It's not cool to make money off of violent crimes against women!

it is a judgement call on whether you list it or not...but not illegal....

as for my opinion? well, it may vary from yours....

Is it obviously fake? I always think about how the most ignorant surfer will react to my site. Toon stuff is fine with me but photos of real people tend to get the boot.

Well, there are obscenity laws, and I'm pretty sure this would fall under those.

Anyway, have a little concern for the rest of the industry. We responsible webmasters are trying to clean up our image to keep nuts like Ashxxxxx off our backs, and it's hard to do when so many short-sighted people are determined to make a quick buck off of sick shit like rape simulation.

Have a little respect for those of us who would like to still be in business 10 years from now.

The tgps that I review for tells us to reject anything where someone is tied up and penetrated.

On my own tgps if I even have to spend a second worrying where I stand legally with a gallery then I reject it. Not worth it.
