I did some research on the woman, she has owned her own business domain since 2002, looks like her and her husband bought a house in Colorado for 1/2 million, her shop "suite" is located on East Camino Real in Boca Raton(anyone familiar with this area - rich or?).
I emailed her back saying the traffic has generated revenue for me for the last two years and that I would get back with her with a calculation on how much it was worth to me. I told her to go ahead and make an offer if she wished beforehand.
