During the flu season here are some measure to help beat the flu bug or completely avoid it.
#1 Stay away from sick people (duh) lol
#2 Wash hands regularly.
#3 Don't touch face, mouth, nose, eyes.
#4 Drink lots of warm liquids during the day. Have soup for lunches.
#5 Eat good food. Lot's of veggies. Stay away from junk foods.
#6 Take your vitamin C and D. Fish oil helps to absorb them better.
#7 Use a mouth wash, gargle for 20 seconds. Twice a day.
#8 Do a nasal cleanse daily. If you don't have any wash nose out using a q-tip and some warm salted water. Blow nose hard after.
#9 Get good sleep at night.
#10 WASH HANDS AGAIN!
If you get the flu get lots of sleep. Eat lots of soup and drink ginger ale. Pump Vit C into ya.
