There are several people who come to mind, and its not about who makes the most money, but more of who is always honest, helpful and trustworthy...

Sherm... This is the guy who brought me to GFY, showed me the ropes on galleries, and even helped me with some basic SEO strategies yrs ago. It was really Sherm who gave me my start in adult and since day 1 he has always been there to lend a hand, answer some questions or even just to take me out for a dinner.. and I didnt even have to put out

There is also D-wreck. He came up to me at my first Vegas show and introduced himself and others when I was standing around wide eyed like a surfer. He is always willing to help, always in a upbeat cheery mood and one of the people I look forward to seeing at every show.

Well, I dont think I have ever had one for 4 or more hours, but if I do, I'll give ya a call to let ya know what I'm doing about it.

The hat was a main part of my 'Broke Pimp' Halloween costume. Its still in the back of my truck on my speaker box.

And yes, there have been moments when I thought I should be in a different biz, I could easily make good money doing what I am educated to do. Most people have no clue how much education I truly have and are often surprised... the funny thing is, out of all the certificates I have, only one has anything to do with computers. and thats as a Network Engineer.

I also have several yrs of auto mechanics, but I got tired of my nails never being clean.

interned at the Sac County Medical Examiner's office, cool job in its own way, but after almost 2 yrs of dealing with dead bodies, I wanted something different.

Best advice is to make themselves known without being a jackass. There are many people in this industry who will bend over backwards to help a person out, all you have to do is ask. Set yourself some obtainable goals and then go after them.

My 1st Vegas show, I wanted to meet some fellow webmasters and get to know them well in hopes of some help for my own struggling sites. I did

2cnd show, I set out to establish my name in the industry, get around to as many people as I could and find out what could be done for us to work together and profit.

3rd show, My work at the previous show and other events through the year (spannows Halloween party and others) I wanted a job with a specific company in town here. Less then 2 weeks after the show I was starting my first day with adult.com

The scene... several hours into the White Trash Bash

I'm drunk thanks to this hot lil waitress who keeps bringing me drink... yes it may have been her job but what a ass she had....

I'm talking to Lensman about some shit when Ramos walks up, and out of his mouth comes these words....

"Joe, I'm so fucking high right now"

Lensman, being the ever oportunist that he is challenges Ramos to go for a swim. So outside we step and walk over to the harbor area.

Ramos, talking his game as always

Ramos gets in the water, complains that its cold so I start talking shit to him, he challenges me to get in and make the swim

So in I go, I got insulation all around me so I'm not cold at all

Since I'm drunk as hell, out of concern Lensman offers Sherm some money to swim along side me and make sure I dont drown. Little did Lensman know, the water wasnt deep at all and I was able to walk 2/3rds of the way across.

on the other side, where the boats were parked, it was deeper of course... so, I make it across and then comes the challenge I never considered... How the fuck was I supposed to get out.

No problem, I'll climb my fat ass into this lil boat and then get out....

dint work out so well, the boat flipped over with me in it and sunk to the bottom... oops.

After this I swim my way over to a sail boat that Lensman has climbed aboard and tossed down the ladder

Lensman paying me my money...

Victory is mine

Later that night, Lensman hands me like 500 bucks, the keys to his BMW and tells me to go get drinks. I was drunk, so I handed the keys off to a sober driver and went along for the ride.

Sicone is a great fucking guy... He is one of the few around that I let into my house when I am not home and sleep in my bed.. He even has a key to do so whenever he is in the LA area and needs it.

Never had it before....

I hate dropping the bottle, I did that once at a small party, it was one of them big bottles with the finger loop and it was the only drink we had, after hours...... I still hear about that till this day from my friends
