I have an addictive personality no question about it. I was in gamblers anonymous at 21 years old. I know the power of addictions.I would say caffeine is my drug of choice. I get caffeine head aches in the morning if I don't a coffee, coke or a red bull. I get so waked up on caffeine that i forget to eat.

I met Derek in Mexico in 2003 at the YP. We were both somewhat new to the business and hit it off right away. Derek is as honest, witty, and hard working as come. Business at the office has kept me away from going to many shows in the last couple years and I would have to say that hanging out with Derek is one of the few things I actually miss about them. What can I say about Derek other than the fact that he is truly a valued member of the WebcamCash team. I met him while he was still working at Content Guys and could tell right away he was special (in a good way!). We became friends long before he came to work for us and when I heard he was unhappy at his last job I knew it was our chance to bring him on board. He was born to sell and he's one of the few people in our industry who brings INTEGRITY to the position. Nobody knows better how to sell porn... plus he's a lot of fun to hang out with!

This is the best.
The first GFY thread I've ever bookmarked because I'm so anxious to see the answers, and no surprise Derek's not disappointing.
For what it's worth, the first time I met Derek was just after I signed up as an affiliate for WCC. He invited me to lunch (I live not far from their office) and even though he was hung over, felt like shit, he still came out and we had a great talk about the webcam industry.
Since then, whenever we're at shows he's always introducing me (vouching???!!!) to great people, we've hung out in T.O. (btw when's the next movie night? I hear Doom 2 is coming out hahaha) and I swear, he must never sleep. Whether it's the caffeine or natural energy, he's like a tornado that never slows down.
Overall, the WCC team are great and it seems like a perfect match, as Derek described above.

When you have a married couple that work together 10 hours a day , the "who's the boss" dynamic is contstalty changing. Its really funny to see because of the constant shift of power you see first hand you can't have one with out the other. Its not like its a power struggle it's just they both have strenghts and weaknesses and they know how to manipulate it without stepping on each others toes.
I'm at the point now where I can read moods, tonality, and body language of them both so I know who to ask at certain times. lol
