Not 9 years old...not 11 years old...but 10 years old. The child has lived for 1 decade.
Now I am aware that a multiple of ten is used with the 1st year not being being year 1 but instead is year 0...1...2...3...4...5...6...7...8...9 but I personally do not...have not...and wil not count that way...thank you very much.
