        Could be.

        STOP NOW.

Go get braces from the store to get your wrists from moving and work in them and sleep in them. Do stretches where you bend your fingers back and hold for 30 seconds. Do this all the time.

Then spend the money on a Herman Miller chair and adjust it properly.

I did this and my pain went away. I was so bad I could not twist off a cap on a milk jug.

Take 50 mg of Vitamin B6 three times a day at first then you can drop to just once a day. Take it with food. It will help.

Most likely. My friend just got a carpal tunnel operation two weeks ago--just a minor thing..

I've been having that in my left arm for a couple years now. I broke my left arm pretty badly 2 different times when I was younger and have always had on and off problems with it.

But lately it's pretty bad, fills like a shitload of needles stabing to the bone for about 10-15 seconds then completely goes away. But never happens when I'm using it, normally only when I'm relaxed.

What I've read about carpal tunnel is nothing like that though.
