Your galleries are shit theres no real marketing no hook nothing that sells the site.
A very good gallery should have the surfer looking for his CC before he clicks the link.
How do I know this ?

Yes, I agree that we need more sales points on the galleries. I take blame for not paying more attention to what was being made in the rush of building all of these new sites and galleries.
I think I have picked up a lot of good tips from this thread and will make some changes.
For the existing galleries there isn't much I can do except add some things at the bottom of the page to entice the sufers to click out to the site. I will have some samples up tomorrow and see what you guys think.
Going forward we are going to make more varieties of galleries that have many more sales points and both graphical and non graphical versions of our galleriesComment

4 Steps to improving Silver Cash free hosted picture & movie galleries.
Step 1: More text, less graphics - this is very important, text is what the surfers sees first when he loads the gallery page, so if your AD on the gallery is text, he will see the AD before the thumbs, which is a big PLUS! Put a lot of good selling text, not some bullshit non understandable text, text your surfer will precum on, so he can wipe out his CC and cum at your members area...
Step 2: Thumbs - on movie galleries if you have stills of the same gallery this is great, it means you can make thumbs from the stills and put it in movie galleries. In picture galleries you need to make sure your thumbs are big enough is this 140/170-180 is the minimum...and the thumbs need to be in good quality, no low quality cropped thumbs...this is not good...remember, CONTENT IS KING!
Step 3: For HD sites make layout to comply with 1024x768 resolution, with other sites I would prefer 800x600...galleries get shitload of traffic from shitload of people, you want every one of them to view your gallery correctly... with 800x600 everyone will see it just like you want to.
Step 4: If you give access to 100 different sites when the user signs up to 1 site, please list it on the gallery bottom, this will be a high selling point!

Good content can carry a gallery buy itself. The better the content the more simple the layout on the gallery needs to be.
Let them see it and showcase itself.

With Galleries there is no one big easy way to improve sales.
What makes the difference between a gallery that can do 50 sales on the Hun and one that do 4 ?
Its many small details that add up and most dont understand this I havent seen many guys who have those skills It seems to take many years of learning.
You want the best gallery templates find an pro submitter thats been around 5 years or more and pay him well.
Allways ask anyone who is makeing your templates how many galleries they submit per day.

I haven't read all the replies but here is my feedback :
1) your thumbs on the movie gals are too small i know you
are trying to emphasis on the fact that its wide screen
HD but the problem is that alot of thumb mgp sites have big
thumbs now so i would do it min size . 320x240
example some big mgp sites with big thumbs :

They can still be stretched even if you have smaller thumb size
but with that the quality begins to look grainy and pixelated .
2) Another thing about your thumbs on the movie gals are they
are really poor quality like fuzzy / grainy / bad lighting .
I would try to work on getting
large frame grabs 740x480 and shrinking them down and individually
as well with photoshop you can use the sharpening tool and
lighting contrast/brighten to make your thumbs look better .
(this is only if you don't have the matching photoset to replace them,
otherwise if you do of course use those) .
This will drastically give you alot more click ratios
on thumb sites cause the thumbs will become alot more appealing to
click on .
3) If you have "Bonus Sites" Offering your members All Access
Network . On the bottom of the gallery ,
Put screenshots of the paysite design or else the logo's
of all your sites that the membership will get
access to as well . This will triple your conversions

I would say that the thumbs need to be of a higher quality. Also, I have to scroll, which is no good. The galleries are visually attractive but do little in the way of selling the site. Not enough text. I would also trim the amount of pics to 15 max. and the number of clips to 2 max. Leave the surfer wanting more. The "ENTER" graphics on some of the galleries might deter TGPS/MPGS/Link Lists that list FHGS from posting these galleries. Many have rules against an "Enter" link that leads to the sponsor site. Overall, nice galleries.

I think its been well coverd that your thumbs need to be better.
I try and breakdown the points in a gallery and look for how Im doing the sell.
My fav sell is curosity make them curious and they click like lemmings.
The sell itself how can achive this ? What text do i need do I make it funny or try and turn the surfer on. Do I pitch it like the model talking to the surfer?
One thing that has to done is to gian there attenion The surfer is there to look at porn how do I get him to read my text.You cant sell him shit if he dosent read it.
You must offer him something he is looking for. How you word your text is an art to itself and something I cant explian here.
Last you must justify the sale to the surfer give him a reason why he is buying. This is where you can lose him he is thinking about and wondering if he should now you just have to push him across the line with a good reason to seal the deal.

Already a ton of excellent points here. I am not sure if I can add to it but I would like to elaborate on the flashy, busy gallery vs. the cleaner, more simple gallery.
At a quick glance my initial response is wow! They have such a Hollywood movie quality to them they are sure to sell. Anyone seeing them would think they were really original compared to what most galleries look like.
That said they draw the eye almost more to the artwork then the content which is definitly not what you want your surfers looking at.
And once they are looking there, someone already pointed that the text is really doesn't carry any motivation to buy. In fact I am not even sure what is meant on the Anal Hell gallery at the bottom where it says "Another Perfect Ass gets reamed out. Only at Anal Hell."
There are 3 different fonts in that one sentence and the models hand splitting it up. At a first glance I actually clicked the word another thinking it would take me to another gallery or movie.
That said I really love the design for the tour and the theme but I think that for gallery traffic they will do better if they are either toned down, or the thumbs are made sharper so they stand out more than the design.
Wow that was long for an elaboration lol Great new stuff all around though!

you guys can:
embed the movies or pictures into an HTML page and add a timed pop up to open the join page right after the movie is finished playing, or have it redirect after the movie finishes (or XX seconds after the image loads)
add "Email this gallery to a friend" - why hasn't anyone done this yet?

OK, quick look at the galleries and looking at what people are saying about the galleries. The quality of the galleries is pretty good, I've seen galleries that looked far worse convert great. I like the design of these galleries and they look to be easily thumbable for 2257 excempt
Some have said that the screen widths are too big? Whens the last time you looked at a new pc? Everyone has a 19" monitor, I have a 21.1" wide screen .These are the people that have money and are ready to spend it. With Broadband getting faster and faster, HD is going to become the common place, even walmart is selling HD TV's now, so you know more people are getting it~!
So lets look at what important!
Is the billing solution good?
Looks like they are using cascading billing, WTS, paycom and CCBill, plus they take checks.
Can I get these on my tgp/mgp without hassle?
Working on that for Comus users, they will have a solution in a day or two.
Can I fill my niches? yes
all this is mind, I think with just making it easier ti use, they have a good set up and I'm going to include their galleries in my networkCarbon is not the problem, it makes up 0.041% of our atmosphere , 95% of that is from Volcanos and decomposing plants and stuff. So people in the US are responsible for 13% of the carbon in the atmosphere which 95% is not from Humans, like cars and trucks and stuff and they want to spend trillions to fix it while Solar Panel plants are powered by coal plants

I can do any type of gallery from the basic design shown here to full photoshop.
There a number of small keys that make this type of style work. If you read the text it's different than most. I,m not making boring claims that I'm the best website blah blah blah.
There is a key to layout as well witch again isnt the norm.
I do like templates like this one. They load fast even for dailup users, naked girls show up allmost stright away so sufer dosent leave while big graffics load. They burn min BW as well. I know BW is cheap but all overheads hurt the bottom line.
