You could just try some referral bonuses or something for webmasters, using referral codes.

yeah I know that refferal prog would be great but I have not enought time to work on it (we updated 537 sets and 102 videos in 6 month) , also I had fucking problems with hosting and CCprocessor so I Am pretty pissed off all the time and not able to think about that

Yep we pay $0.10 per post plus we also pay a webmaster referral commision on ARS Resources.

Actually, i think we have the highest board posting payout in the industry at the moment

Although, $1.00 per post would be nice i doubt anyone would pay out that level
