                      This domain is being sold for its intrinsic value. Sold as a marketable, brandable, generic, highly coveted domain, not being sold based on multiples of annual revenue etc. (Not with a domain like this)

                      But keep in mind, if you are going to park this, most landing page sponsors will need to offer customization options in order to fully realize the potential of this domain. I highly recommend in-house development or finding a parking company willing to allow you to help them customize & optimize the lander.
