    Amsterdam today

    Total craziness:
    Some guy, armed with a machine gun and possibly explosives, has taken 20 hostages in the Rembrandt Tower. The whole city's gone crazy, sirens, swat teams and cops all over the place. The guy's reason: He's pissed off at Phillips for promoting wide-screen TVs, saying that they forced him to buy one because normal TVs display black borders when broadcasting wide-screen movies. He fucked up somewhat, though, because Phillips moved out of the Rembrandt Tower ages ago, and are in the building next door now....
    Such interesting times we live in.

                                      Thanks to that wacko i had to wait for ages before my girlfriend could get to me. She was stuck in the station next to the rembrandt tower. Damn where's the world going to!
