The United States of America has the most diverse population of any country in the world. So if you want to point fingers at the USA you are pointing fingers at the whole world.
We are all going to die one day. Wars accelerate the process for some sadly.
Man is a violent creature. We are as destructive as we are constructive.
The United States is the most powerful country in the world because our resources, people, systems and policies, be they good, bad and sometimes evil, work. They are not perfect by any stretch of the imagination, but compared to the rest of the ways of doing business on this planet ours is the one that I wouldn't trade for any other.
I don't condone a lot of the ways the USA does things in the world, but overall I think we've done way more good than bad and the world has advanced by leaps and bounds coincidently on the same timeline as the founding and growth of this great country of ours.
Sorry that millions have perished. But that's just the way history wrote this period in time and all the cast of characters and countries in it.
