Im working on building up my own traffic sources right now and have been for the last few weeks lee suggested i did that as well as sending it to PPC programs or landing pages at places like sedo.com and so far it seems to be working my hits to sponsors have dropped but my conversion ratios and income per click seems to be going up but we arent talking huge numbers yet with time though i think i will do good

Keep all traffic in your web/network of sales. Setup a blog with wordpess and redirect to them, no reason to send your traffic anywhere.

i just block it but sending to landing page or blog with some product aimed towards the language/country is a good idea.

use google to find some options for products/services.

sending it to trades and sponsors is a good way to get banned and blacklisted from both.

It helps nobody, your not going to get US traffic back and if you do you stumbled on a real newbie top list owner asleep at the wheel.

You can either find ways to make it worth money.
You can use it to boost up rankings at some places, although such rankings should not matter.
You can push it at people you do not much like to at very least cost them more money.
