All right, I'm going to give my 36 cents on this matter:

#1 I am an Asian webmaster and I do know of good converting Asian Sites (try www.asianclassmates.com).

#2 A lot of those "big" Asian sites run by the porn giants are PIECES OF SHIT! Nowadays, you can't tell a surfer "Watch YUKA take off her kimono and stuff sushi up her tiny oriental twat!!" And with this text, have a picture of some fugly-looking Asian-american girl with way too much makeup on and a pussy that is so used it makes Jade Hsu jealous.

What surfers want now is what Krome said: JAV Stars. The reason they want this instead of "Asia Carrera" (I don't give a hoot if the spelling is wrong) is that these JAV stars have better looks, are more authentic, and their acting is very realistic! It's much more pleasing to the surfer to see a JAV star get rammed in the ass by some Japanese guy rather than the same-old ugly blonde hair/blue eye guy you see in all the American Asian pornos.

Asian sites can convert well--they DO CONVERT WELL if you are using a good sponsor that knows what the surfer is really looking for. Ok back to the problem about conversions. The thing is people who are fans of Asian Girls or actual asian guys, want to see "real" Asian girls.
Mainly from Japan/China/Korea.

LoveAsianChicks and I do see a lot in common about the Asian Scene.

AsianPlayers' banners do not seem to attract a lot of clickthru's unfortunately and they do not allow text links for their unique click program (15 cents!!!).

Wow, I rambled a lot in this post. Let me just sum this thread up:

1. Avoid pay-sites that showcase fugly girls.

2. Look for quality pay-sites such as the sites run by AsianPays (http://www.asianpays.com/ref=eru) and AsianFrenzy. There are others too, so keep your eyes open.

2a. There are only two exceptions to the Asian-Americans are bad rule: www.chinatown-girls.com and www.asiandreamgirls.com. Chinatown-girls is run by Kiko Wu and she showcases some pretty good-looking models wheras AsianDreamgirls contains many So Cal models are are pretty hot.

3. Yuu Kizaki is cute as hell.

4. Asian niche can convert well if you know what you are doing.

5. AsianPlayers is run by nice people.

Yep - that about sums it up. I've quite a few DVDs/VCDs (you gotta love those night markets in Hong Kong ) now and as has been said, the girls used in them are usually far better looking, far more innocent looking (usually a VERY important atribute in Asian porno) and FAR better actors. There's also rarely any lesbian action in them - anybody know why? However, forced sex or sex with a much older guy is big it seems.

When i was using the asianplayer.com sponsor I was using a screenshot of the "japanbitch" site.
Their banners suck, but the site converted very well. I had a problem when I was moving and the owner did not change my address. I updated it through the members area and e-mailed the guy 20+ times. Didn't reply once. They never mailed me the free content CD which was promised as well.
I then read on a few message boards people claimed they were never paid.

I should just joined again to get my address changed, but I was annoyed all my e-mails were ignored.

mika, you cannot draw a conclusion that in general Asian niche converts worse than black/latina ... For me the first is latina, followed by interracial, asian and black, but altogether I have a small traffic and signups for these niches and it cannot be considered representative. Change the sponsor until you find one that works good for your Asian traffic.

You can't push the major sponsors Asian sites as you would Teen sites and expect great success. I can't recall one that seems to have been put together by someone who really loves the material. Most are pretty uninspired, but the market is there. As a partner you have to look harder to find a paysite that works, and as a paysite owner you have to work harder on targetting a particular niche. The rewards are certainly there, and it's the small guys who are taking a big chunk of that.

It's all the surfer sees and to him it would become redundant to look at the same sponsor material over and over again. Well the 999lolita didnt look any different from other lolita paysites out there . including the one of Flashcash's. That is , the girls were clearly of legal age.

I have to disagree with eru, it is all about targeting, like greentea said. We run an Asian site, that is based on part Asian and part Caucasian models. It is the source of traffic and your advertizing skills that determines your sales volume. Personal thoughts about certain content should be set aside in favor of the bigger picture. You can sell anything and become a millionaire, but you have to find the right buyers

I'm still testing out AsianPays. All those 999 sites are not Japanese, but Chinese. So if anyone knows and good sources for CHINESE traffic, please give me a hollar.

You also have to understand the different segments of the Asian niche. A lot of people make the mistake of thinking about a generic Asian market, and it's much more diverse than that.
