I like the 1st 2 a lot. "got twins" on the others needs a text effect, maybe animate a few frames of the girls or glow some of the text, but I'm no artist.

Thanks, we left the "got milk" alone, cause we wanted too mimick the got milk ads... (obviously) they make the text really simple.. makes the girls kind of pop out though....

Sales are up over last year and we are doing much better in the Euro areas now with our little international tours. (besides our staples: USA,Can,Aus,UK) we are growing in Germany & France every week, and we get a few sales in Italy,Japan,Spain,Demark and about 4-6 sales a month in Ireland! lol go figure? who knew the Irish were buying this type of fetish. I guess men have the same tastes all over the world.

Yeah, no offence but you should hire someone who does banners, not putting down your work but if you are doing well with sales you really should get a designer...I know you guys will most likely retort with "they are working fine." Thats cool, but if you make threads like this expect opinions.

The banners look very unprofessional imho.

Listen man your sites could rock and I am 100% positive they do make sales now. Thing is they could be making much more sales if you bothered to listen to the heaps of advice people have offered or thrown at you. I actually have never seen this board want to offer up so much free advice on sites in my life and you either laughed it all off or ignored it.

You could easily double or triple your sales at least if you listened to even a few people. Problem is you are very head strong and set in your ways. I know where you come from and you need to get over it. Take some advice in the marketed, advertising, and design area's. Heck also with your affiliates.

You obviously have some skills, especially in the recruiting aspects and major props to that. Now just do what you need to do.

Try an alternate 100% leak free tour for webmasters only.
Get a professional tour/banners/galleries - even if they are NN or topless.
Submit your sites to the reviewers who are asking for a password.
Push out some more affiliate content for use - again if it is nn or topless that is ok, just need more.

Hell I am almost willing to offer someone like fletch some money to do some banners for you. Just to show you the difference. Amateur is one thing, childlike crap is another. Keep in mind people get and understand your twins are not amateurs, they are not doing it all and even if they were - nobody typically designs like that even if they are amateurs.
If people see crap advertising, that is the first impression - they may expect even more crap inside and you will never know about those rejects.
