i was just wondering because some kids have died from h1n1 around here the last few days and the parents seemed devastated. wondered if the parents were anti-vaccine.

if i was anti-vaccine and my kid died from h1n1 i would probably kill myself.

BTW... the flu in your instance could easily be defined as an act of god rather than a negligent act. There is no guarantee a flu "vaccine" (which is a misnomer in and of itself) would fully prevent an infection.

However, that does not mean the path is clear prior to the supposed incident. As they say, hindsight is always 20/20.
