    Need Help Nailing a Spammer - Quppy.com

    Hey gang I've been asked by the higher ups to source out the owner of quppy.com . I've tried ICQ and email and even had a few other webmasters that know him contact him with no luck. He's spamming our site (slacker network.com) with domain & IP masking and it's gotten WAY outta hand.

    We admin slackernetwork fairly softly but enough is enough. If any of you can get in touch with this guy tell him to contact me directly (ICQ - 10087393) or any of the other Kontraband.com gang. Thanks for any help that can be given.

          Thanks man it seems your right. The ICQ in his profile matches the one I was given. Anyone know how to contact him in a way that he/she will respond?

                          lol, like I said I'm not the owner just an admin. Were pretty lax on the rules overall but constant and never ending spam has got to end.
