What exactly You?ll Be Doing?
* Management, execution and analysis of our affiliate program
* Develop marketing plan for affiliate program
* Recruitment, retention and activation of affiliates
* Analysis of pricing and commission models and determination of how to maximize company revenue
* Analysis and communication of weekly, monthly and quarterly reports measuring the performance of affiliate marketing program
* Increase the number of active affiliate partners
* Research and report on trends and best practices in affiliate marketing across the online adult industry and other industries
* Represent AdultDVDhits.com at affiliate marketing conferences
* Work closely with Product Marketing Managers and Corporate Marketing Managers to achieve department and company goals
The Ideal Candidate?
* Minimum of 3 years experience managing online affiliate programs, preferably in adult industry
* Extensive knowledge of affiliate marketing
* Experience in Internet related account management
* Marketing, sales or business development background
* Strong marketing acumen; deep knowledge of direct response and performance-based online marketing (CPA, CPC, CPM, ROI)
* Strong negotiation skills
* Proven abilities in decision-making, priority setting and planning
* Ability to build meaningful business relationships
* Strong team leadership skills
* Ability to learn quickly, working independently and in a team setting
* Strong judgment and problem solving skills
* Excellent business communication skills, both written and verbal
* Highly analytical
* Advanced computer skills, including extensive knowledge of MS Excel
