Yeah, but people seem to love "per-sign" programs where they don't need to worry about conversion to get paid.

You can't have it both ways...if the program takes on the risk of converting that e-mail join than they need to be compensated.

What payouts would you suggest TDF?

I perfer the bottom line. There are some sponsors I tried with revshare that I couldnt convert worthwhile so I switched to PSU. Then there are some where revshare are gold. It's all about finding that balance between the both that makes you the most money

Happen to have our own guys. but I'm sure plenty of folks will be interested ;)

I'm happy with the CE email progs, I like the upsells. I haven't tried any specific targeting with them other than matching up genre/genre on my TGP. Always when I think they're slowing down they pick up and I don't know the fuck why.

Used properly it works like a charm!

I use FTC and used to pull near 100 sign ups per day on a steady basis, then i lost a few of my main TGP's and its now down to about 15 signups per day off archived gallery hits.

I have some of my own strategies that work for me in targetting and manipulating the traffic, and it seems to be working great.
