The only problem I have ever encountered with adult outsourcing, and it happens at all of them, is the supervisor!
When I obtain a new employee, if I could just work with that employee, train that employee and speak only with that employee I could actually get shit done.
But why won't you let me do this? Because there isn't an employee just for me... There is a supervisor running a crew and the supervisor is the pseudo employee per se... None of you actually go out and get me Wong. You get all of us 15 Wongs and then move them around project to project and the supervisor is supposed to keep it looking like I have my own individual Wong at my disposal.
If you would just fire Handir and give me Wong I would gladly use your service because that would meen I only have to train Wong on what I need done for a short time and then I can have a long and valuable relationship with this employee for years to come.
Until that happens, I am done with this bullshit.
