Fucksakes... I think you'll love it.... Just go with an open mind... it's certainly not like the west and a lot of times it feels like a different planet..
Myself.... I love thailand... especially Bangkok... despite the crazy traffic... the strange (sometimes pungant) smells... and the locals trying to rip you off... it really is an amazing place....
I'll be there in december again.. and I can't wait
