                                  If there were 1,286 join form submits and no joins, something may be up.

                                  The fact that there were 1,145 join HITS and 1,286 join SUBMITS is even more strange. You shouldn't have more submits than you do hits.

                                                              Yes. It sounds to me like something is setup wrong. I'm more than happy to contact them on your behalf and see if something is.

                                                              Having these additional #s makes it a lot easier to find when something is wrong. Without them you'd just see a bad ratio.
